Alkaline water is water that has a pH level higher than 7 (neutral). Our water ionizers produce water with pH levels ranging from 8.5 to 9.5, which is considered optimal for drinking. Alkaline water contains alkaline minerals and negative oxidation-reduction potential (ORP), which gives it antioxidant properties.

Water ionizers use a process called electrolysis to separate incoming tap water into two streams: alkaline water and acidic water. The water passes through platinum-coated titanium plates where an electrical current separates the water into its components. The alkaline stream is used for drinking, while the acidic stream can be used for cleaning and skincare.
Alkaline water is generally safe for most people. However, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider if you have kidney problems, are on dialysis, or take medications that require specific pH conditions. Children and elderly people should start with lower pH levels (around 8.0-8.5).
The best ionizer depends on your needs:

Filter replacement depends on your water usage and quality. Generally, filters should be replaced every 6-12 months or after processing 3000-6000 liters of water. Our machines have built-in filter life indicators that will alert you when it's time for replacement.
More plates generally mean better ionization and higher pH/ORP levels. 5-plate units are suitable for basic needs, 7-plate for average families, and 9-11 plate units provide professional-grade performance with higher hydrogen production and better antioxidant properties.
Our ionizers work with most municipal tap water. However, if your water has very low mineral content (TDS below 50 ppm) or very high hardness, you may need a pre-filter or water softener. Well water should be tested first. Contact our support team if you're unsure about your water quality.
We accept all major payment methods including Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and EMI options on select banks. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placing them. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact our customer support team at support@pure-ph9.com or call us for assistance with order modifications.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website or by using the tracking number on our shipping partner's website.
Yes! We offer No-Cost EMI options on select credit cards for 3, 6, and 12-month tenures. EMI options are available for orders above ₹10,000. Check available EMI options during checkout for your specific card.
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping (2-3 days) and overnight shipping are also available for an additional fee. Delivery times may vary based on your location:
- Metro cities: 3-5 days
- Tier 2 cities: 5-7 days
- Remote areas: 7-10 days
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders across India. There are no hidden charges or minimum order requirements for free shipping on our water ionizers.
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping may be available in the future. Please subscribe to our newsletter for updates on international shipping availability.
Free installation is included with all water ionizer purchases in select cities. For other areas, we provide a comprehensive installation kit with detailed instructions and video guides. Our support team is also available to assist you via video call during installation.
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes the ionization chamber, electronic components, LCD display, and power supply. The titanium plates have extended warranty coverage (3-7 years depending on the model).
The warranty does not cover:
- Filter cartridges and other consumables
- Damage from misuse, neglect, or accidents
- Damage from power surges or improper voltage
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from hard water scale buildup (if pre-filter not used)
To claim warranty, contact our support team with your order number and product serial number. Our technician will diagnose the issue remotely. If repair is needed, we'll arrange for pickup and return at no cost during the warranty period.
Yes! We offer a 30-day return policy. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Our Partner Program is a referral and affiliate program that allows you to earn commissions by promoting and selling Pure pH9 products. Partners receive a unique referral link and earn up to 15% commission on every sale made through their link.

Commissions are paid monthly via bank transfer or UPI. The minimum payout threshold is ₹1,000. Commissions are calculated after the return period (30 days) has passed for each sale. You can track your earnings in real-time through your partner dashboard.
